I’m happy to report that Mike and Kristi made it to the lake over the weekend. They were on a whirlwind tour through VA and TN. After stopping in Richmond to visit they went to VA Beach and to some other places along he way to Pigeon Forge and the Smoky Mountains where they when whitewater rafting. After a few days of fun in the mountains they came on up to Lake Norris where we all got together and had a great time boating and swimming. We went pretty far up the lake and saw several of the marinas including Sequoia where we had lunch. Mike gave skiing a try and both Mike and Kristi tubed.  Julie and Jenny came down after soccer on Saturday and we all got to go out and do some tubing and running around the lake.

It was a really, really fun time and I hope this become at least an annual trip more often would be even better!
