Today was about hanging out at the hotel and the beach…  I got in a run along the water and that was sweet.  Our hotel was the site for a Lands – End photo shoot.   It was cool to watch them do their thing.  I talked to the photog  between shots.  He was a really nice guy.  His name is Blasius Erlinger – he’s a German but lives in the states.  He did some amazing things with just a set of reflectors.  This pic is of one of the other photogs that I didn’t have the opportunity to talk to but she was very good too, again she used just reflectors and diffusers to get some very nice results.  The thing that surprised me was how approachable the entire crew was.  They were more than willing to talk about what they were doing and told me to take some shot with my camera if I wanted.  Of course, I was at the pool and didn’t have my camera… figures… Maybe tomorrow.
