We’ve arrived in LA and are doing fine.   We took the red eye flight from Maui to LA.  The flight was not very full.  We each had two or three seats to stretch out on and were able to get some sleep .   Once we got our car and made it to the hotel we took a nap…  All the time changes seem to be catching up with us.

Oh, by the way, we didn’t have any electrical problems on Maui.  The power only went out on the island of Oahu.  We heard about the power outage as we were boarding.  The people running the gate said the airlines were rerouting flights to Maui because of the power failure.

Now were out to grab a bite to eat and see what’s going on around town.
