TSA – OMG – Updated

Well, I feel better. Not.  The TSA got back with me on the TSA complaint I filed about my trip the other week. Below is their response.

Thank you for your feedback concerning our Ticket Document Checker
Station. We greatly value the input of customers; allowing us to
improve the various layers of security that exist to protect the
traveling public. Of course no layer is perfect or 100% accurate -
hence, the use of many layers. Your notification has been sent to the
DAY Airport’s Federal Security Director and Assistant Federal Security
Director of Screening Operations. We take very seriously information
such as this and will endeavor to use this to improve our capabilities
and accuracy. Thank you again!!
