I finally did it. I placed my order for the RadioPopper PX system tonight. It was painful in the checkbook but I’m excited! I placed my order tonight and hope to have them in my hands by the end of this week!
UPDATE: I’ve received my Radiopopper PX system. I’ve posted [...]
The beauty dish is a light modifier that provides sort of an intermediate result between a soft box and a bare bulb. The beauty dish has been said to provide a light for beautiful people because it can show all of the imperfections in skin – especially if used wrong. This is true when used [...]
Just pictures… no time.
Today was our last day in the west so we tried to make the most of it. We got up early and headed south to Colorado Springs and took the cog train up the side of Pikes Peak. This was our highest altitude of the trip at 14,114 feet. That lets us officially join the [...]
We spend the day in Boulder Colorado today. There is an old downtown area on Pearl Street that has outdoor shopping and dining. The girls shopped and I took the opportunity to explore the area.

After the barn, we went to pretty [...]
We’re at the Spring Creek Ranch just outside of Jackson, WY. We have an amazing view of the Teton (look up the French translation) Mountains out our back door.

Today we hit the Snake River on a float trip. It was kind of cold but the scenery was beautiful and since we [...]
We needed a little extra sleep today and got a later than normal start. Once we headed out we stopped at Devils Tower National Monument – our nation’s first National Monument.
You can see Devils town for miles before you actually get there.
It’s huge but you don’t get the feel for [...]
